Pom Pons

We had Hannah Thursday evening and all day Friday. On Thursday, we went to the diner and had a great dinner. Friday morning after breakfast, we went to Borders and back to our house. We made pom pons for her Halloween costume. She will be a Packer cheerleader. She is asking all kinds of questions about what her Mom and Dad did when they were young. She still does not understand that we didn't know her Mom when she was eight. She loves hearing stories about her Dad and his pets. Her new hamster, Berry is doing fine. Diesel is still crazy, and Zoe, well, Zoe is Zoe. We get Girl Scout cookies this week.

Faire

Hannah had a great day at Faire yesterday. The weather was clear and crisp. Hannah started off the day getting her hair done. Then we visited with many friends. She saw Maudie, Mary Ann, Stupina, Jonathan, Captian Moon, Aunt Cindy, Cat, Uncle Walter and Amanda. Amanda was on leave from West Point and she bought her boyfriend, Ron (also at West Point) with her. Hannah had her lamb puppet with her. She got a kick out of playing with it. Hannah and Aunt Cindy went down the slide and helped Grandma pick out a new hat. She ate fried pickles, chicken on a stick, pretzels, honey sticks, an apple and a root beer float. She had a wonderful time.

Hannah and Didi Go to Faire.

They will sleep tonight! They got their hair done, went shopping, saw shows, and ate and ate. They played in the playground and on the pirate ship. They visited the Bee Folks and bought honey. They got rocks from Mr. Rick and pumpkins from Dancing Pig. They rode an elephant and went for a pony ride. They played games, Tic-Tac-Toe, cannnons, darts and crossbows. They saw Stupina, Captain Moon and Darcy, and the Pirate Queen. They were told over and over how cute they looked. And then they ate some more. Thanks to Aunt Cindy and Carlos - we couldn't have done it without you.
