Chinese Food

On Thursday, Grandpa picked up Hannah and brought her back to our house. After homework, we played with Legos and went out to eat at Hunan Treasure. Ming was there and brought over Hannah's special tea (ginger ale in a teapot) right away. Hannah tried shrimp toast and shrimp egg foo young. She really liked it. She almost finished her order of sesame chicken but left just enough to take home to Mom.
Tonight Grandpa and I are going to the Pirate Feast. Next week we leave for the cruise.

Ice and no school

We have been out of school since Tuesday at noon. The ice storm is really making getting around difficult. The roads are clear, curb to curb, but walking anywhere is a trial.
We picked up Hannah yesterday and drove to Annapolis Mall. The electricity was out most of the way, but luckily the Mall had power. We went to Borders and she picked out at new American Girl kit as her present for making the honor roll. Then we went to Fuddruckers for a great meal. We took her home early because we wanted to avoid driving after dark. Everything is still frozen.
