Lucky Grandpa

Grandpa is so lucky. He got to spend the whole day with Hannah today and he gets to have her all to himself on Monday. Her school is closed for meetings and I have to work. Bummer! They went shopping today, came back to our house and played. When I got home, we made French Bread pizzas and had dinner. I finished her poncho, (see picture) and made her another in white angora. Today, Aunt Cindy and I are going to the movies to see The Queen while Grandpa is at the Cathedral for a meeting. All of our paperwork is in for the cruise. We are slowly buying everything we need to take. We are really getting excited about it.

What a Week!

On Monday, we took Hannah to lunch and then out to pick out yarn for a poncho. It is almost done. We even got to play with Ripley. That puppy is groooooowing by leaps and bounds. He already weighs 18 pounds. On Wednesday, Grandpa and I went to the Inauguration of our new Governor, Martin O'Malley. It was very cold but well worth it. In the evening we went to the Ball. All I can say is our new Governor really rocks the house. On Thursday, we picked up Hannah from school and went to IHOP for dinner. When we got back to her house, Mike was home with Ripley. I swear that dog grew another inch or two in just 4 days.

A New Granddog

Hannah, Grandpa and I had dinner at Uno last night. It was delicious. When we got back to her house, there was Ripley. He is a bundle of energy, running all over and giving kisses to all.

Chinese Food and a New Granddog

We picked up Hannah on Thursday and went out for Chinese. Grandpa was teasing her and she said that she could do without the "sarcasm." What a vocabulary!
They brought the new puppy home last night. His name is Ripley and he is adorable. I'll try to take some pics next week.
